Reference 544 was in production from around 1938 until the late 1940s and available in yellow or pink gold, stainless steel or stainless steel and gold. The present watch is the only known example with a pink gold "Freccero" dial to appear in public to date.

To the best of our knowledge, this timepiece has never been offered in public before.
