The First signed Bouvier & Fils, London, No. 2012, the Second Emden, No. 34'637, Both Late 18th Century
Both full-plate gilt-finished verge movement, chain fusée, the second with mock pendulum, both white enamel dials, Roman numerals, outer minute track with Arabic five minute divisions, the second with polychrome enamel harbor scene to the center, gilt hands, both polished inner cases, both repousse outer cases, both movements signed and numbered, the first inner case stamped LFF, the second case stamped TH and with London date stamp for 1783
The first outer case 52mm diam., the inner case 44.5mm diam., the second outer case 49mm diam., the inner case 40.5mm diam.
